Enjoy my personal home while I leave to enjoy my first new grandchild. Golf cart available for separate rental agreement and waiver. My home is fully equipped with everything anyone would need to enjoy a 3 to 4 month stay in the Villages. It is a 3/2 ranch, There is an additional bedroom/office with a Queen Murphy Bed and desk space with a view not included (unless requested) There is one beautifully appointed guest bedroom with a queen Temperpedic mattress, bureau, full closet and private bath with tub and shower. You will have access to the rest of the home including kitchen, dining room, living room and extended Florida room overlooking a nature preserve as well as a screened in lanai with comfy furniture and a Webber grill to enjoy the outdoor fresh air and relaxation. My home is extremely private and in a village with only one way in and one way out so no busy road traffic. My location is perfectly located close to the Spanish Springs Town Square and just a bit further to Lake Sumter Landing. For golfers it is close to both the Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez Championship golf courses. I’m also close enough for you to walk to the Savannah Center or a 3 minute golf cart ride where there is a sports pool (great for water volleyball) as well as many well known entertainment venues. Hopefully you will not have the need, but the Villages Hospital and Emergency Room is just down the road few minutes away. There will be driveway parking only but garage parking for a golf cart if you choose to rent mine.
Again, I am quietly tucked away in my little village while only being minutes from food markets like Publix, Walmart, Aldi and BJs as well as Lowes, Bealls, The Dollar Store and more which are all accessible by golf cart. Your stay will include a visitor’s GUEST PASS that I will request for you in advance. I am priced considerably “under market price” simply because it is my personal home and I am making it partially available by locking off the Master bedroom. It is ideal for a single person or a couple. There is a slight possibility of 2nd bedroom availability with a Queen Murphy bed and a workspace desk with two 32″ monitors but we can talk and discuss rate adjustment if interested. Due to allergies, no pets or smoking of any kind permitted.
There are 4 televisions. 65″ in living room with a Bose soundbar, 42″ in Florida room, 36″ in the bedroom, and 42″ in bedroom/office combined (if included with the rental)
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you like to cook or bake. Such items as crockpot, air fryer, Keurig Coffee maker, Estilo cream//milk frother for your coffee, Ninja Toaster Over, Nutribullet, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Cusinart Food Processor, hand mixer and plenty of casserole dishes, Pampered Chef pizza and baking stones. I love to cook so you should have everything you need if that is what you want to do here.
