Rental Terms: Includes Internet, lawn care, water and garbage pickup.
An initial supply of paper towels , cleaning products etc., are a courtesy any additional shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
Deposit/Security to secure your rental. If a renter must cancel reservations, the deposit will be refunded ONLY if the unit is re-rented at the same rate. Deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure, providing there is no excessive wear or damage.

Spanish Springs Town Square is a short golf cart ride away with nightly entertainment, great restaurants, and shopping. Major stores, restaurants, medical facilities and modern conveniences are minutes right off highway 441. There’s room in the garage for 1 car and a golf cart. The rental includes a 2 seat Yamaha gas powered golf car. A valid driver’s license and a liability waiver required to use the golf car.
Rental agreement available and it has all the details. Resident passes available $50 per person ( 2 MAX) and will be arranged with Renter.
Resident ID cards get you in all sorts of places and activities all free of charge.
