Rental Policy:
Rental Rates are based on occupancy of two (2) people, additional guests are subject to additional rental fees
50% of rental rate is due at booking
100% of security deposit due at booking
$50 Temporary Village ID is paid by guest directly to The Villages by tenant, I will complete the application so that ID can be picked up at Brownwood Sales Office
Cancelation Policy:
If cancellation is necessary due to emergency, security deposit funds are fully refundable if I am able to re-rent at the same rate. If the property is re-rented at a lower rate, a partial refund of security deposit funds will be provided.
Rental fees paid will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation, rental fees will be refunded only if the property can be rented for the same period at the same rate. If the property is rented for the same period at a lower rate, the difference will be deducted from the rental fees paid and a partial refund will be provided.
