This patio villa is tucked in quiet area of lake Denham, surrounded by walking paths and trees. There is an abundance of waterfowl in the preserve, and you are only a short golf cart ride from The Market at Sawgrass Grove with nightly entertainment and shopping and dining at Magnolia Plaza.
We have furnished this villa with comfort in mind. The rocking lanai chairs are a nice place to have morning coffee or an evening cocktail. A leather reclining sofa, loveseat and 2 separate rocker recliners are in the living area, along with a 75” Smart TV with Centric Fiber Wi-fi waiting on your streaming platform. Tons of board games are in the cabinet. The kitchen is equipped with Keurig, 12 pot coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, bakeware, Pyrex dishes, along with the usual dishes, utensils and glassware. The king size bed is comfortable and there is plenty of drawer space and hangers for you, along with a 40 inch Smart TV, so you watch the news while you get ready for your morning golf or pickle ball game. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser and a generous size closet.
A 2016 Yamaha golf cart with a full tank of gas is provided for your use for golfing or tooting around the Villages. It has upgraded (very comfortable) seats, seat belts, gas gauge, USB ports, and locking glove boxes. This is a value of approximately $600/per month. We have included in the garage for your use: 2 sets of Golf Clubs; an additional cooler (there is one on the golf cart) and bag chairs for driveway parties or use at the squares. The Villages is truly a magical place! There is nightly live entertainment and dancing at all three squares. Additionally, you will often find live bands playing at the new Sawgrass open air market, at Edna’s on the Green, and at The Fenney Grill. There are many dining choices a short golf cart ride away. There are executive and championship courses available for any level golfer, along with pitch and putt courses and driving ranges. Activities such as pickle ball, tennis, water volleyball, swimming, shuffleboard, billiards, and so many more are occurring every day in the Villages. Exercise classes, water aerobics, yoga, and many activity interest classes are held at any of the many recreation centers nearby. There is so much to do in the Villages, you will find yourself looking forward to the next day’s fun when your head finally hits the pillow. We have ordered The Villages Daily Sun newspaper to be delivered to your driveway each morning, so you can read about the day’s events and make your plans. Additionally, Thursday’s section has the popular Rec News that lists activities by region in the Villages. You may also search activities using the Villages App.
We have furnished our villa with comfort and convenience in mind. You will find comfortable seating areas (reclining seating), along with good beds and quality linens. We provide some staple items in the pantry, along with spices, coffee, and a generous starter supply of consumable items. You will receive a home guide electronically before your vacation begins, and you will find a hard copy of in the villa, along with other helpful information, such as maps and schedules. The Southern area of the Villages is known for its biking and walking trails, dog parks and nature trails. Just at the end of the street begins a long walking path through a nature preserve. We look forward to hosting you and to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We respond same day to emergencies and are available if you need assistance.
