Living Room is furnished with a three-person sofa that has two reclining seats (one on each end) as well as 2 recliner chairs along with a 65″ smart tv.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 43″ smart tv and a walk-in closet, bathroom has dual sinks and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has queen sized bed along with closet.
The third bedroom is setup as an office/den. It has a desk along with a three person sleeper sofa that can pullout into a queen size bed. (full over full).
The second bath has tub and shower.
Laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer and is located inside the house.
Screened in lanai has two chairs along with a four-person table and chair set.
Golf cart (four seater) is available with a signed liability waiver.
