Through the Service, TVV provides a platform enabling vacation rental property owners and managers (“Hosts”) to list and promote their properties, and for prospective renters (“Renters”) to locate and inquire about available accommodations.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email when feasible; otherwise, the most updated version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection, Use, and Tracking

TVV does not collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) unless you voluntarily provide it. Most areas of the Service may be accessed without the need to disclose Personal Information. However, Hosts must register and, after any applicable trial period, purchase a subscription to advertise properties.
To complete Host registration and subscription, the following information is required:

Name
Telephone number
Email address
Payment and credit card information

All financial information is securely collected and transferred to a trusted third-party payment processor for transaction handling. TVV does not store full credit card details on its servers.

Hosts must also create a public profile. This profile will include the Host’s name and may include optional information provided at the Host’s discretion. Please note that information included in a public profile is viewable by anyone and may be indexed or accessed by third parties.

TVV does not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 18 years of age. Persons under 18 may not register for the Service but may access portions of the site that do not require submitting Personal Information.

2. Analytics

TVV may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to automatically collect data about your interaction with the Service. Information collected may include:

However, you may not opt out of essential communications, including:

Important updates to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy

If account credentials are forgotten, login information may be sent to the email associated with the account.

5. Do Not Track & Online Tracking

TVV respects your privacy and does not track users across third-party websites. TVV does not respond to browser ‘Do Not Track’ signals but takes commercially reasonable steps to protect your personal information. TVV does not authorize third parties to collect personally identifiable information from users of the Service without your consent.

6. Disclosure of Information

TVV values the privacy and security of user information. We disclose information only in the following circumstances:

To affiliated companies, service partners, and contractors who require such information to provide operational, technical, or business support.

TVV never shares financial information with Affiliates, nor may Affiliates collect such information.

Any information voluntarily included in your public profile or property listing becomes publicly accessible. TVV cannot control how third parties may use, collect, or store publicly displayed information. Users are advised to exercise caution when determining what information to disclose.

The Service may contain links to external websites that are not operated or controlled by TVV. These third-party sites have their own privacy practices and terms. TVV assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, or security practices of third-party websites.
