Welcome to Rodriguez Lane! Nestled in the Village of Citrus Grove, this beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom Courtyard Villa is your perfect getaway to experience The Villages lifestyle. Just unpack your suitcase and start enjoying life like a true Villager.

Location:
Citrus Grove – Just steps from our villa, you’re immersed in a world of entertainment and relaxation. With a walk of less than five minutes, you can relax at the neighborhood’s adult pool, complete with corn toss, shuffleboard, and bocce ball. A short golf cart ride (less than ½ mile) leads to the Homestead Recreation Center, where you can enjoy a family pool, pool tables, shuffle board, darts, dog park, walking trails, and astronomy observation pads. Plus, the Mickey Lee Pitch and Putt is close by for some golfing fun.

Heading the other way, you’re only a three-minute golf cart ride from Sawgrass Grove. Soak up the energetic atmosphere at McGrady’s Scottish pub, where live music sets the mood most afternoons, or enjoy a meal at one of the fast-casual eateries inside the Sawgrass Marketplace. Don’t miss out on daily Happy Hours from 3pm to 5pm with discounted drinks! Experience the evening entertainment with live music Tuesday through Sunday, or try your luck at Boozy Bingo on Mondays. Nearby, you can visit the Ezell Recreation Center, tackle the Southern Oaks Championship golf course, or practice at Clifton Cove Putting Course. The newest square, Eastport Town Center, due to open in Summer 2025, is a short nine-minute golf cart ride away. You can also enjoy dining at the new Middleton town center eatery’s, as well as Boosters restaurant, situated on the scenic Shallow Creek Championship golf course, all just a quick golf cart ride away.

3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining for six, a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating, indoor laundry, NOVA whole house water filtration, and amenities like pool towels, floats, and beach bag.
We offer a rapid charging station for up to 10 devices, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in the living room (65”), master bedroom (50”), and queen bedroom (43″), plus a Weber propane grill.

Other Things to Note:
Two 2-seater golf carts included with a signed waiver.
Within a short drive, you’ll find Magnolia Plaza Shopping Center as well as Lake Deaton Plaza with Publix, dining, banking, and more. You’ll receive a detailed manual before arrival.

The Villages Details:
This community is primarily 55+, but all ages over 25 are welcome to rent. Temporary Village ID’s are available for $50 (per 2 IDs and payable to The Villages) for access to amenities. We need your phone number, email, and a copy of government-issued ID to order these passes.

Rules:
No smoking indoors.
No parties or loud music.
Pets allowed with a signed pet policy; no pet fee, but owners must ensure no hair or scent is left behind and clean up after their pets in the yard.
Please clean the Weber gas grill after use.

Village of Santo Domingo

Spend your winter in The Villages! Ideally located in Santo Domingo, walking distance to the pool and El Santiago Recreation, this house is a short golf cart ride from either Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing, for your dining and entertainment pleasure! Also within a short cart ride are 3 supermarkets, Target, Ross, and many other stores.

Golf amenities that are included are: 42 Executive Level golf courses with NO green fees, 7 Pitch and/or Putt courses with NO green fees. 13 Championship Level golf courses for a green fee of approximately $12. Membership to all Country Clubs.

Not a golfing enthusiast, or had enough golf? No problem, The Villages has roughly 3,500 clubs. You can enjoy other sports, activities, events, social clubs, education, and family fun. Just to name a few, there is, Pickle Ball, Tennis, Bocce Ball, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, Recreational Pools, Sports Pools, Family Pools, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Volleyball, Softball, Walking and Biking Trails, Dog Parks, Areas for RC Cars, Boats and Planes, Polo field, Archery, Craft Making, Card Groups, Boat cruises, Kayaking. Fishing, Cardio Drumming, Yoga and other fitness, Great Dining, Shopping, Numerous Nightly Entertainment options, and much more.

The house has two bedrooms – each with a queen bed and a bathroom. There’s a nice screened in front porch, and the back lanai is glass enclosed and under a/c. Large back patio has a grill and patio dining for up to 8 people. There is a large eat-in kitchen, as well as a dining table in the living/dining area.

We ask for a minimum rental of 2 months . The rent includes internet, streaming channels, all utilities and bi-weekly house cleaning, because nobody wants to scrub floors and toilets while on vacation!
