How can I inquire about a rental property?
On the rental listing, click the “Contact Owner” section. You’ll then have the option to reach the owner by email and/or phone.
How will I receive my mail while renting a property?
If the owner does not provide access to their mailbox, don’t worry, there are several alternatives:
PO Box: Rent one from your local United States Post Office. Ask the owner which Post Office serves the property.
UPS Stores: Many locations offer personal mailbox rentals. More info at UPS Store Mailboxes.
Safe Ship Stores: Contact your local Safe Ship store for mailbox rental options.
Virtual Mailbox Services: Digital mailboxes let you view and manage your mail online or via a smartphone app. A quick search will reveal many providers to compare.

Where can a Temporary Lifestyle Resident go to obtain their IDs?
Temporary Lifestyle Residents may pick up their IDs at one of the following Sales Centers:
Guests staying north of Route 466: Spanish Springs Sales Center
Guests staying south of Route 466 and north of Route 466A: Lake Sumter Landing Sales Center
Guests staying south of Route 466A: Brownwood Sales Center

What is the difference between a Guest Pass and a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID?
A Temporary Lifestyle Resident receives full resident access to amenities and is eligible for resident rates. Guests are charged guest rates for golf, tennis, and other amenities. Without a resident number, guests cannot request tee times in advance. Guests also do not have access to the Sports Pools or the woodworking shop and may have limited access to certain shows or classes, as residents receive priority and guests are admitted only if space is available.
