Location:
Citrus Grove – Just steps from our villa, you’re immersed in a world of entertainment and relaxation. With a walk of less than five minutes, you can relax at the neighborhood’s adult pool, complete with corn toss, shuffleboard, and bocce ball. A short golf cart ride (less than ½ mile) leads to the Homestead Recreation Center, where you can enjoy a family pool, pool tables, shuffle board, darts, dog park, walking trails, and astronomy observation pads. Plus, the Mickey Lee Pitch and Putt is close by for some golfing fun.

Heading the other way, you’re only a three-minute golf cart ride from Sawgrass Grove. Soak up the energetic atmosphere at McGrady’s Scottish pub, where live music sets the mood most afternoons, or enjoy a meal at one of the fast-casual eateries inside the Sawgrass Marketplace. Don’t miss out on daily Happy Hours from 3pm to 5pm with discounted drinks! Experience the evening entertainment with live music Tuesday through Sunday, or try your luck at Boozy Bingo on Mondays. Nearby, you can visit the Ezell Recreation Center, tackle the Southern Oaks Championship golf course, or practice at Clifton Cove Putting Course. The newest square, Eastport Town Center, due to open in Summer 2025, is a short nine-minute golf cart ride away. You can also enjoy dining at the new Middleton town center eatery’s, as well as Boosters restaurant, situated on the scenic Shallow Creek Championship golf course, all just a quick golf cart ride away.

3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining for six, a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating, indoor laundry, NOVA whole house water filtration, and amenities like pool towels, floats, and beach bag.
We offer a rapid charging station for up to 10 devices, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in the living room (65”), master bedroom (50”), and queen bedroom (43″), plus a Weber propane grill.

Other Things to Note:
Two 2-seater golf carts included with a signed waiver.
Within a short drive, you’ll find Magnolia Plaza Shopping Center as well as Lake Deaton Plaza with Publix, dining, banking, and more. You’ll receive a detailed manual before arrival.

The Villages Details:
This community is primarily 55+, but all ages over 25 are welcome to rent. Temporary Village ID’s are available for $50 (per 2 IDs and payable to The Villages) for access to amenities. We need your phone number, email, and a copy of government-issued ID to order these passes.

Rules:
No smoking indoors.
No parties or loud music.
Pets allowed with a signed pet policy; no pet fee, but owners must ensure no hair or scent is left behind and clean up after their pets in the yard.
Please clean the Weber gas grill after use.

This beautiful three bedroom, two bath with split floor plan, open concept, comes fully equipped for fun or relaxation. Great location in a great neighborhood it is centrally located near Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs! Short walk to Summerhill adult pool and short golf cart ride to Savannah Center and Laurel Manor Regional Rec Centers with family pool, and more. Hawkes Bay and Saddlebrook Executive Golf course are only 5 min golf cart ride away, The Villages Polo Club is even closer. Less than a 10 minute cart ride to all the retail, restaurants and banking on Hwy 466, this home is at the center of it all. An insured, fuel injected Yamaha 4 seat golf cart is included and a gas barbecue is available on patio. High speed wireless internet included and smart tvs with Roku available.

Master bedroom with king sized bed has a walk-in closet and full bath. Two guest bedrooms (one with King bed, the other with a queen bed) share a second bathroom, each bath is fully stocked with towels and linens. Each guest bedroom also has its own closet. All three bedrooms are equipped with smart enabled TVs. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, etc. Plenty of towels, plates, silverware, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer are indoors too, not in the garage. Every amenity has been thought of!

Bright and airy home, ceiling fans in every room. The rear of the home (lanai) has privacy hedging backing to patio villas.

Full two car garage so you will easily be able to park a full sized car next to the golf cart.

Rates: Please note that rates are for two people; additional charges for more people.

All taxes, Villages Amenities, Water & Irrigation, sewer, utilities (gas appliances), high speed internet, trash, lawn, shrub and pest control are included. Insured gas fuel injected 4- seat Yamaha golf cart included as well.

Rental Policy:

Reservation deposit of 50% of total rental amount is due within 7 days of booking.
* The remaining amount owing is due 90 days prior to arrival.
* If the booking is made within 60 days of the first date of stay, then 100% of the total rental amount is due within 7 days of booking.
* Security deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure after the property has been inspected.

Cancellation Policy:
It is recommended to purchase trip cancellation insurance to minimize the risk of losing your deposit or rental fees due to unexpected medical or other emergencies, changes in plans, etc. Travel Insurance, Damage Protection, Lifestyle ID and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable with any cancellations.

*In the event of a cancellation, a non-refundable $250 administrative fee will be charged. We will make every effort to re-rent at the same rate or more and, if successful, your monies will be returned, except for the $250 administrative fee

$1000 Security Deposit is due within 7 days of booking and is refundable at the end of the lease after satisfactory property inspection and minus the cleaning fee ($180).

Must be a minimum of 21 years old to drive the golf cart on Villages roads and trails. Temporary Resident Villages ID (Optional): $50 for 2 Temporary Resident IDs which allows access to all golf courses, exercise facilities and other activities; only pay a trail fee ($4) when playing Executive Courses. Due with 2nd payment to give adequate time to process your passes.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years and older. Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
