Also within a short cart ride are 3 supermarkets, Target, Ross, and many other stores.
Golf amenities that are included are: 42 Executive Level golf courses with NO green fees, 7 Pitch and/or Putt courses with NO green fees. 13 Championship Level golf courses for a green fee of approximately $12. Membership to all Country Clubs.
Not a golfing enthusiast, or had enough golf? No problem, The Villages has roughly 3,500 clubs. You can enjoy other sports, activities, events, social clubs, education, and family fun. The house has two bedrooms – each with a queen bed and a bathroom. There’s a nice screened in front porch, and the back lanai is glass enclosed and under a/c. Large back patio has a grill and patio dining for up to 8 people. There is a large eat-in kitchen, as well as a dining table in the living/dining area.
We ask for a minimum rental of 2 months . The rent includes internet, streaming channels, all utilities and bi-weekly house cleaning, because nobody wants to scrub floors and toilets while on vacation!
