When you enter this charming home, you will be welcomed into a house with 1240 square ft of living space, an enclosed lanai that has been updated with a brand new top of the line Sleeper Sofa (which boasts an extremely comfortable blow up mattress), strategically located next to the guest bathroom. There is an open floor design living room, kitchen and dining area to entertain your family and guests. We offer both a front patio and private rear patio for grilling and entertaining. There are brand new smart tv ‘s in both bedrooms and the living room, YouTube TV, wifi, as well as many upgrades since our purchase . All new landscaping was completed. The kitchen is equipped with a brand new stainless steel dishwasher and microwave, a Keurig, new coffee pot, new toaster oven and all cookware to create a wonderful dinner for your family or friends. Washer and dryer are included, as well as starter paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), garbage bags, plastic bags, paper plates, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, as well as new towels and sheets for all beds.
