This beautifully furnished, very clean home is centrally located in the Village of Santiago within walking distance to adult & family pools. Spanish Springs Square is a quick 10 minute golf cart ride. There you will find shopping, great food and drinks along with exciting entertainment on the square every night of the week.
We have a 4-person gas golf cart which is included.
*You’ll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or for entertaining new friends
* Living room boasts a beautiful brand new 55′ Smart TV, and all new furniture.
* The home features 3 bedrooms
* The floor plan is wonderful, with the guest wing on the opposite side of the home which allows all their own
privacy from the master suite.
* The master suite has a king size bed with a walk-in closet, ceiling fan and private
master bath. The master bath features walk-in shower with seat
* The guest rooms both have queen size beds
* Enjoy your coffee each morning in our screened in lanai with above fan for comfort, or enjoy your wine in the evening – Grill out on our patio!!
* We also include a starter supply of household consumables included with rental such as hand soap dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, Clorox wipes, and tissues for your convenience. We have an additional full sized refrigerator in the garage for extra cold drink storage.
Our home is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need including Wi-Fi and cable, games, books, 4 pool towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, volleyball, pool/beach floats, blender, coolers for your use and gas grill – so what are you waiting for?

We love the nightly music and dancing at all 3 of the Town Squares ~ 365 days/yr. So much fun! 30+ golf courses, nature trails and many pools for every village. All taxes, utilities, cable TV, internet, Daily Sun Newspaper delivery & lawn service are included in our monthly rates.
*Additional costs: $250 cleaning fee . $1000 security deposit , the full security deposit amount to be returned within 15 days of departure if no damage is found to home or golf cart. Reservation deposit of 50% of total rent plus security deposit due within seven days of booking. Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.
