Upon arrival, you’ll feel right at home in this tastefully decorated Patio Villa. Unpack your bags and get ready to enjoy your time here. There is a screened front porch where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while planning your day.
Inside you will find a fully equipped dine-in kitchen for 2 and counterspace with seating for a quick meal. The dining room has seating for 4. The living room has comfortable reclining seating for you to relax in front of a 55″ Samsung Smart TV. King size beds for a restful sleep are in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a 43″ Samsung Smart TV, a walk in closet and a bathroom with shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
A complimentary golf cart is located in the garage.

Standard Guest Passes are always Free and are mandatory in order to use the pools and equipment at the Rec. Centers.
For longer stays, you may request a Temporary Resident ID. The cost is $50 for two persons and payable directly to The Villages.
This ID allows you to enjoy the same privilege as a Villages Resident. You are allowed access to all pools, including the sports pools, rec center amenities, and grants golf privileges at all Executive courses with no charge. If you are riding, there is a small ($4) rider fee payable at the course.
